Once an order is placed, our fulfillment center typically processes it within 12 hours, so we are unable to guarantee the changes to most orders. If you need to request a modification, please reach out to us immediately at support@presspressbeauty.com with your order details. We will try to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed after an order has been processed. Additionally, we cannot reimburse shipping fees for cancellation caused by incorrect address information. If you need to update your shipping address, we can ship a new package to the new address, but an additional shipping fee will apply.
